1 lb. spinach
1 pint fresh sliced strawberries
1/4 cup toasted almonds
Dressing:
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1-1/2 teaspoon chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Mix dressing and pour over washed spinach and strawberries and top with toasted almonds when ready to serve.
